        🌱 Our Mission: The w.PAGE ecoSYSTEM is a non-profit initiative by the eMedia Foundation. We are building a Physical-to-Digital (P2D) bridge to replace unsustainable mass-scale physical consumption with efficient digital alternatives. Every URL created helps achieve our goal of saving 1 million trees annually.
    

1. The Service

w.PAGE provides a universal, open-source framework for transforming source information into searchable, verifiable digital assets. Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with a commitment to non-profit, ad-free infrastructure.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must align with our mission to preserve natural resources and human knowledge. Prohibited use includes:

Illegal activities, fraud, phishing, or malware.
Distribution of hate speech, harassment, or violence.
Pornography or content that violates intellectual property rights.
Spam or deceptive practices that undermine the integrity of the P2D bridge.

3. Permanence and Integrity

By design, w.PAGE links are immutable. Once a link is established and 24 hours have passed, it is locked to ensure historical accuracy and permanence. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they anchor within the ecoSYSTEM.

4. Abuse and Reporting

To maintain our standard for responsible publishing, we reserve the right to disable links that violate these terms. Reports can be filed at [email protected] or w.page/abuse.

5. Privacy

We prioritize privacy by using only necessary first-party cookies. We do not track, profile, or sell user data. Our focus is infrastructure, not advertising.

6. Liability

The eMedia Foundation is not liable for content hosted via the w.PAGE ecoSYSTEM. We provide the tools for connectivity, but the responsibility for content integrity remains with the publisher/user.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.

We are not asking to end the newspaper industry. We are asking to end the business of waste.
